Most items will be sent using the Royal Mail first class signed service. In instances of higher value items and customer preference a Royal Mail special next day delivery service may be used.
Please note, once your order has been posted it has left our hands and we aren’t able to make any amendments. We have a very good track record trusting Royal Mail with our deliveries, but sometimes mishaps can occur and in a worst case scenario items might go missing. If for some reason your item does not reach you please do get in touch and we will do our upmost to locate it and find out an estimated delivery time for you.
Royal Mail will not class a parcel as missing until 10 working days after it was posted so we are unable to remake and resend orders until after this time. If your order is time sensitive and you require us to resend sooner you would be required to replace the order and we would then refund your original order including postage after the 10 working days if it still hasn’t turned up. for one of a kind pieces we will discuss an alternative with you first.
If you do reorder and the original arrives with you after a period of time we ask that you either hold onto the original if it arrives before the new order and return the replacement, or return the original parcel to sender. Our return address is noted on the back of each parcel, if unopened you may be able to return for free by writing return to sender on the front and drop it at your local post office, but it is probably worth checking with your local branch first. If you need to pay for the return we will happily cover the return postage fee after proof of postage is provided.
Returns and refunds
At sea surf rocks we always try to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so if for some reason it’s not quite as you expected, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
With orders placed online or direct through Sea surf rocks, You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for an exchange or refund. If you could send us a quick message before you return your item, we will know to expect it back and answer any queries you may have. Once we receive it back we will be able to complete the agreed action.
Please note, custom made orders are non refundable, but are eligible for exchange. I am unable to resize rings once they are complete so please make sure you know what size you require when ordering.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage and any refunds will be issued minus the original cost to post the item (please note this may be more than the postage cost you paid, in this instance this will be discussed after you let us know you wish to return the item).
Any purchases made in from one of our stockists will be subject to the individual shops policy.
We hope that your new jewellery fits just right, but we realise sometimes it can be hard to work out the right size. If you have purchased an incorrect size item and wish to exchange it the first step is to get in touch to discuss the options. Some designs can be resized, but others may have remade, so please bear in mind this may incur a small additional fee for this service. Once we’ve discussed the right plan of action we can go ahead and get your new item to you as soon as possible.
We make all our rings to fit the standard UK sizing and are checked using a Wheatsheaf sizing tool before being sent out to you. To avoid any disappointment when you receive your ring please make sure that you take your time to make sure you know the correct size before placing your order. If in doubt you the best way to find out is to go into a local jewellers to get measured. Alternatively we sell reusable adjustable plastic ring sizers or you can download a printable ring sizing chart here.
If you are ordering from a country outside the UK and are unsure how to convert your ring size, please drop us a message we’ll be happy to let you know the right correct size to order.
Non- Returnable products
· Pierced jewellery items such as earrings are non-returnable. This is for hygiene reasons; if you have an issue with one of these products or there is a manufacturing fault please do get in touch so we can do our best to sort it out.
· Any items that have been personalised with dates/names cannot be returned.
Refunds can only be made as a reversal of the original payment and cannot be put back on to an alternative card or paid by any other means.
With all jewellery care should be taken when wearing to maintain your piece at its best. At Sea Surf Rocks we offer a 1 year manufacture warranty on all of our work, if you have any issues with your items due to a manufacture fault within this time we will happily fix it for you free of charge. If your jewellery is over a year old or damage has been caused by misuse/ accidental damage charges may apply.
