This listing is for a custom made Australian dark opal ring or necklace in sterling silver. It has a grey potch base and red and green pin fire.
The opal will be bezel set in fine silver and mounted on a polished sterling silver ring band approx 2mm wide.
Choose from a smooth or hammered finish, add a note with your preference at the check out, if none is stated smooth will be sent.
smooth: 2.3mm D-shape wire
hammered: 2mm round wire.

If you would prefer an alternate style to that stated please get in touch before ordering, all loose opals are completely customisable so if you prefer a wider band or some embellishment on the setting that is always possible.
I can include ring band changes up to 4mm wide in either D- shape or flat/ rectangular, so if you’d like to switch for these please add a note in the ‘order notes’ box.
I am happy to provide a quote for any other styles/metals you have in mind including as a bangle or set in gold.

PLEASE NOTE: custom opals are also listed elsewhere, in the unlikely instance two orders are placed for the same stone simultaneously the order that was processed first will be honoured and the other refunded.
Most items will be sent using the Royal Mail first class or special delivery .
Intenational orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service, for high value items I recommend upgrading to the DHL Express courier.

Warranty
With all jewellery care should be taken when wearing to maintain your piece at its best. At Sea Surf Rocks we offer a 1 year manufacture warranty on all of our work, if you have any issues with your items due to a manufacture fault within this time we will happily fix it for you free of charge. If your jewellery is over a year old or damage has been caused by misuse/ accidental damage charges may apply.
At sea surf rocks I always try to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so if for some reason it’s not quite as you expected, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
With orders placed online or direct through Sea surf rocks, You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for an exchange or refund. If you could send us a quick message to seasurfrocks@gmail.com before you return your item, we will know to expect it back and answer any queries you may have. Once we receive it back we will be able to complete the agreed action.
Please note, custom made orders are non refundable, but are eligible for exchange. I am unable to resize rings once they are complete so please make sure you know what size you require when ordering.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage and any refunds will be issued minus the original cost to post the item (please note this may be more than the postage cost you paid, in this instance this will be discussed after you let us know you wish to return the item).
Exchanges
I hope that your new jewellery fits just right, but do realise sometimes it can be hard to work out the right size. If you have purchased an incorrect size item and wish to exchange it the first step is to get in touch to discuss the options. Some designs can be resized, but others may have remade, so please bear in mind this may incur a small additional fee for this service. Once we’ve discussed the right plan of action we can go ahead and get your new item to you as soon as possible.
I make all rings to fit the standard UK sizing and are checked using a Durston sizing tool before being sent out to you. To avoid any disappointment when you receive your ring please make sure that you take your time to make sure you know the correct size before placing your order. If in doubt you the best way to find out is to go into a local jewellers to get measured. Alternatively we sell reusable adjustable plastic ring sizers or you can download a printable ring sizing chart.
If you are ordering from a country outside the UK and are unsure how to convert your ring size, please drop us a message we’ll be happy to let you know the right correct size to order.
Non- Returnable products
· Pierced jewellery items such as earrings are non-returnable. This is for hygiene reasons; if you have an issue with one of these products or there is a manufacturing fault please do get in touch so we can do our best to sort it out.
· Any items that have been personalised with dates/names cannot be returned.

Refunds can only be made as a reversal of the original payment and cannot be put back on to an alternative card or paid by any other means.
